Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Jersey
i bought a motorcycle from this guy that told me the bike ran great and it was in mint condition. before we bought it he said if there were any problems that i can bring it back and he will refund my money and when i got it home it was leaking oil and and wouldnt stay running and now he wont take it back. what should i do?

You SHOULD have put it in your agreement of sale, otherwise, it is your word against his, and it is likely if you sued, you lose. Didn't you try it before you bought it? Was it stored or licensed and insured when you bought it? It won't stay running - did you clean out the gas tank and float bowl, check the fuel filter, and put in fresh plugs first? Probably not. How old is the bike? WHERE is it leaking, HOW MUCH is it leaking, and why? Even good running bikes may leak a little, especially at the counter-shaft seal, fork seals, & cam covers. Caveat emptor!
