Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Jersey
Brother (Ron) lived in NY married no kids. Ron died in March 2015. His wife filed with a diferent lawyer for a class action law suit..In NY she could of added the siblings but she didnt...Can the sisters file against the class action as well but with a different lawyer...do we have any rights at all

Is the action related to the cause of your brother's death?
If your brother has a legal wife, then she is considered the next of kin.
