Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Jersey
I am currently building a custom home. My building supply company used my $30,000 cabinet deposit , ( a division within the same company) for building supplies and did not tell me. They have admitted there was a mistake in taking that money. I made decisions on my home without knowing I was $30,000 over budget. Do they have any responsibility or do I just pay that money?
