Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Jersey

car dealership

I was promised a 250.00 referral fee for referrring a customer to North Plainfield Nissan. He bought a car and I have not received 250.00 as promised. WHat can I do? Also they I was told that I was a co-signer of the car, however when I called the Nissan Bank they had listed me as the cusomer. I went to the dealership and they admitted that was the only way to get the deal through. Can I get out of the contract? (leasing)
