Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Jersey

car

In Jan. of 06 purchased a car for 26,000. have paid for tax tital and registration. I now have a car i can not use because i still do not have the title and can not get plates for the car. The agent is giving me a runaround. Please help I dont know what to do

If this is as you say, then you should sit down with an attorney, and get some assistance. The situation you describe happened to one of my clients years ago, and I had to sue the car dealer for consumer fraud, for three times the amount of money lost plus attorney's fees. I have no idea whether that applies to your situation, but it might. go see a lawyer and get some advice.
