Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Jersey
i had a car reposessed and they want to charge me to get my property back that they stole frpm me !!!! is this legal ?

No. The repo company, as agent for the lender, may have the right to take the car. It is not theft for them to take the property in the car incidental to the repossession, but they can't keep it and they can't charge you to get it back.
