Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Jersey
I went to a dealership in order to trade my lease vehicle for a financed one and drove off the lot that night without signing financial obligation. Awoke this morning and decided to chat with friends and family about my choice and realize I want to change my mind and wait another 1 1/2 years. This afternoon arrived at the dealership for them to tell me that I can not get my original vehicle back and do not have to keep car I am driving now, but will need to get another vehicle from them of a higher value than I am not willing to accept. Please can you tell me how I can get out of this mess and if the three day rule applies to this situation?

I know this is a raw deal. Come see me, and let's see what kind of lawsuit you have against these idiots. I am in Hackensack. No charge for the consultation.
