Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Jersey

im driving a new car with a big problem

Please help, for the past year my car's panel simply does not work. The speedometer, the gas gauge and the engine gauge simply stop working. The car is still under warranty. At first the service department looked the car over, said they couldnt find anything so I would have to watch the gauges and come back when they were not working. Pretty difficut to do when your living a real life. I would be far from the dealer or just getting to work when it happened or it would be a weekend. Finally I said this is not going to work, I am always a wreck not knowing when these gauges are going to stop working. I was once on the parkway when they stopped working. I brought the car back and they checked it again in July saying they would order a whole new panel, I called several times in between, the part did not come in they said. It is now september I called again still no part but its on the way. Meanwhile I paid for a new car so I could have peace of mind. I do not have that, I held up my end of the bargain and pay my car on time and service it as I should. what legal recourse do I have. I dont have enoght money to go up against a big company like ford or even the dealership. Do I have any options?

You need to consult with a Lemon law lawyer. If there is a violation of hte law, then the dealership may have to pay any attorney fee. I suggest that you contact an attorney ASAP
