Enforcing transactions where parties are from 2 separate states
I live in new jeresey and purchased several different items from the same seller in colorado. Can i sue in nj and enforce in colorado

It really depends upon whether the seller "purposely avails" itself of business in NJ. A good way to find out is to go on the NJ Dept of State website and see if they are listed as an NJ corporation with a business agent in NJ. If they are, you are "golden". By that I mean you are in good shape. If, on the other hand, you have to prove that there are contacts with NJ in court, you will have a harder battle.
