Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Jersey
Furniture Non-Delivery took money and no goods
After months of dealing with a furniture company from Chicago to have my merchandise delivered within a timely manner. Found out that not only am I out almost 3,000 but no one in the Attorney Generals office can help me get the money back.
* My question is this. What are my rights in getting my money back from merchant who wants to sue me for furniture he has in a holding terminal, until I am forced to take it. Tried canceling from CC company and found it to be non-favorable.
What are my next step in getting my monies

Your question is simply not clear enough for me to answer. You really need to sit down with an attorney and get some answers. Sorry, I just can not make out exactly what has happened here.
