Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Jersey
Can home depot use your image for advertising without your permission?
a still photo of me was apparently taken while shopping at home depot now my image is popping up everywhere in home depot....first noticed it on a screen saver on store computer.....next noticed different shot of me on large cardboard poster set up at check out. Never was even aware of photograph being taken and my permission to use it has never been sought

Generally commercial use cannot be made of your photo without your permission. Consult with a lawyer in your area who handles business and intellectual property issues. If you are close to Evesham (Marlton), give me a call.
