If an individual lies about their age and then signs a 3 year contract with Bally's can that contract be enforced in a court of law or otherwise?

Unless the individual was a minor, less than eighteeen years of age, a mistatement about an individual's age would not normally invalidate a contract. It all depends on the specific facts of
the signing of the contract.
