How do I introduce a CarFax report I downloaded myself from the CarFax website, at my trial against the dealership that sold me the used car that has a spun odometer

That depends on the purpose for which you are trying to introduce the evidence. If you are trying to use it to show that the dealer changed the odometer, you had better have more than a report that you got from the Internet. In that circumstance, the report is inadmissible hearsay.
