Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Jersey
I have currently been laid off and started my own business repairing specialized machinery. Can my former employer ( the manufacturer) deny selling me parts I would need to repair these machines.
These are very specialized machines and many parts are available only through the manufacturer.
Thanks, Wolf

No one is compelled to sell to another. Your former employer can refuse to sell to you.
