Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Jersey
laws restricting advertisers
I live in NJ. I am trying to request info over the internet about real estate in PA. The developer in PA says there is a NJ law that restricts advertising material from being sent to NJ even if I request it. She says there is a list of ''restricted states'' which includes NJ.She says this does not only refer to real estate, but to all infor on the internet.
Is it possible that there really is such a law?
Thank you.
