Lawsuit
I found a fetus of an animal in my Chinese food, called the police and made a report. The Board of health was called. What do we do next?

Yukk! That's hard to even think about.
The closest match for lawyers with the proper expertise is in the product liability area. No one will have any trouble establishing liability provided that a proper chain of evidence has been preserved. Some expert will have to determine what was in the food. A product liability attorney will have the best chance of getting a good settlement from the insurer.
