Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Jersey
can i be legally kept out of a place of business
i live in Ocean City New Jersey and was let go at a card store. The manager's reasoning for dismissal was as she fired another worker and i voiced my opinion that she shouldn't have been fired to another worker. the manager said i wasn't allowed in the store again. my question is, can i be kept from entering this store to purchase things? no police and no restraining order filed.

why in the world would you want to find out whether you can be arrested? or otherwise have problems?
You may be liable for a charge of 'defiant trespass'. I am not sure.
Please, do your shopping somewhere else.
