liabiltiy for payment of stolen property purchased with a credit card
my motorcyle was recently stolen and was purchased on a credit card the dealership who set up the insurance did not include theft coverage. am i liable to pay the remainder of the debt eventhough i no longer have the merchandise do to theft?
