Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Jersey
Lost shipment
Shipper collected the entire money upfront to deliver 5 crates. Only 4 crates were delivered. Claims the 5 th crate was lost at his ware house. Refusing to compensate for the lost merchandise. What are my options.

make a claim against their insurance policy.
sue them.
those are the options i can see.
If the dollar value of what they have lost is enough money, then you may want to hire a lawyer to help you.
