How to ask MCI to pay our loss?
MCI cut off all our business phones for 11 days, due to their mistake.
Our cutomers thought we were out of business.
Need to send a letter/form/notice to MCI legal department / small business department to claim our loss.

If you need help making the claim, give me a call. You should bear in mind, however, that your agreement with MCI and the communication service tariffs probably limit the damages that you can collect to one month's service charge.
