Non-Smoking law & wine licence

I am opening a hookha lounge in NJ, I wanted to know how the non-smoking law if it applies, a place opened a few months ago & serves hookha (water pipe for smoking flavored tobbaco). Also I wanted to get a wine licence from a NJ winery, do I need any legal forms submitted to the city or state? Thank you

It will take a bit of work to properly advise you as to what licenses you will need. It seems that you are seeking a liquor license for wine on the premises, as well as hookah use.

I suggest you hire an attorney to represent you. When you start a new business, you really need an accountant and an attorney to assist.
