Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Jersey
nursing education grant
I work for a hospital for 7 years. I am a good employee. Never any problems. I also just graduated nursing school. Approx. 1 year ago the hospital chose me to receive an education grant for $16000.00 to pay for nursing school in exchjange for 2 years of working for the hospital. I've been applying for position within the hospital system, which has been outlined in my grant contract. No one has hired me yet and the hospital says I have to pay back the money to them. I have a contract that I can fax to you along with additional forms. They gave me until Tues.6/10 to pay back money. Please help!

Re: nursing education grant
It sounds as if you have an issue that needs examination. If you fax your contract and contact information to me, I will look it over. Also send along whatever correspondence that you may have concerning the grant.
