Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Jersey

I am opening a flower shop in new jersey

I have ordered custom refrigerator with 8 glass doors and the box 22 feet long

when I received them the door were 4" longer than the refrigerator box, the box came in 6 panels they said they can make one of the panels 4" longer which is too big

due to where we have placed counter or make one of the glass door smaller

or they will take the unit back and give us a credit

We have asked them to give us a refund

they said only one of there option will be acceptable, otherwise

contact the lawyer

any good solution this has been going on for about a month

so, I can not open the store
