Privacy act
What is the law for some one having your social security number with out me signing for him to have it.And where can i file a complaint against him for this??Whay should i do about this

You can file criminal charges against that person. Go to your local police department and they will help you.

In addition to criminal charges you may also want to visit the website of the Federal Trade Commission, www.ftc.gov, and look at their information regarding identity theft and protecting your personal information.
