product not delivered within timeframe
I contracted with a photo studio to have pictures (headshots) taken of my daughter for modeling/acting. the contract state the prints will be delivered within 3-8 weeks. They have not been delivered within the specified timeframe. I have called numerous times and have been told numerous times someone will call back, no one ever does. I now want all of my money back.....am I entilted to all my money back since they did not deliver the product within the specified timeframe???
