Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Jersey
I purchaced a vehicle thru financing and was ripped off. The odometer has been turned back and they sold it to me for way over the book value. I want to know whether I have any rights being that they lied about the mileage and told me it is mandated by the financing company that I purchace a service contract. Which was a lie. Do I have anyway to return this or get out of the contract? I live in NJ. Is their any laws protecting the consumer? They are such scumbags! Please don't ever purchace anything from brickcity motors in Newark, NJ.
