Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Jersey
I purchased a car in new jersey at a small dealership. They gave me temporary tags for 20 days(since I reside in PA). They never flipped the title, They filed with DMV day after my tags expired. One month and five days later my transmission and engine blew out. The selling price for the car was 2400 however they tacked on a 299.00 charge and stated it was not sales tax. Do I have a case?
