I purchased a used car last night and on the way home the car started to have severe transmission problems. I rec'd a 30 warranty only on the power train. What are my legal options?

You might be able to make a claim under the New Jersey Lemon Law for used cars. It would depend on a couple things, including the age of the car and the mileage.
Give me a call, and I will assist you.
