Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Jersey
Return of Kitchen Cabinets
We purchased kitchen cabinets from a store and they have been delivered and paid for. Due to some unfortunate events, my husband and I can no longer remodel our kitchen and would like to return the cabinets for a refund. The store states they cannot return the cabinets to the manufacturer? How can we get out money back?

Re: Return of Kitchen Cabinets
On the facts as you present them, there is no way that you are legally entitled to get a refund. This is a completed sale. If the manufacturer won't take the cabinets back, there is nothing that you can do about it.
