seller lied about an accident
I bought a car 11 months ago, seller said in the ad car comes with the rest of the warranty. He said it was never in any accidents. He lied and now powertran has major problems. the dealer says it will not be under warrany . the car was in a head on. and now now warranty will be covered due to the damage is from the accident.over $5000 in damage . can I sue the seller for damage or to reimbursed for the car, seens the warranty is voided? thank you

Your main problem will be proof. With luck, you kept a copy of the ad. If not and it was published in a newspaper, you may still be able to get a copy from the publisher. Your second problem will be to prove that the seller said that the car had not been in an accident.
If you can overcome those hurdles, you may be able to put together a lawsuit that will win.
