Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Jersey
If the state law allows only less than a dollar a pound for mover's insurance, and your renter's policy says that moving items is not covered either, then is there ANY WAY to go after the moving company in court?

I think I understand the question. Seems like they damaged something valuable and now they say they will pay almost nothing for it.
