Sue a minor based on email agreement?
Is it possible to sue a minor over supposable loss of income due to uncompleted email agreements?

A minor may avoid any contract, however made, except one for the necessaries of life (food, shelter, etc.). The only requirement on the minor is to make restitution of whatever he has.
