Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Jersey
What can I sue for?
I am planning to take a small business to small claims after an associate of that business damaged my car while installing some upgrades. I've been trying to find out exactly what I can include in my suit. Can I include:
Attorney/Court costs
Compensation for Time off from work
Compensation for witnesses for their missed work hours
Compensation for aggravation / time without a car
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks for your time.

Re: What can I sue for?
Make sure you bring proof of all of your damages -full documentation. If not, the judge is not going to consider them. Do you have an accident report, letters from work, etc.?
