Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Jersey
Waivers
I signed a waiver for a video tape interview and gave over (donated) some copies of photographs. Does this mean I can not give an interview to someone else, and I can't sell or hand over more copies of my photos or give other interviews on this same subject w/o getting into legal hot water? Or does it just mean they can do with the interview and photos as they please? Thanx.

Re: Waivers
I doubt that what you signed gives an exclusive right to anything but I can't tell without reading the document. If I can be of help to you, call or email.
