Wedding photgrapher breach contract
I paid my wedding photographer in full and he refuses to render products, ie, photos, album, dvd of wedding. What is my next step.

Sue.
Unfortunately, there is a lot of that happening. If you are lucky, it may still be possible for you to get the photos in some way or another but you should act with a sense of urgency. Photographers who go bankrupt and out of business frequently don't leave much behind for anyone to pick up.
My firm handles matters of this type, however it may be better for you to work with a lawyer whose office is nearer to the photographer or to you. (You did not say where he is located.) If I can be of further help to you, call or email. If you remind me that the contact was through Lawguru, the first consultation will be free.

Oh, that is terrible. It is not possible to replace the photos of the wedding.
What a lawyer can do for you is pretty clear, file suit against the photographer, probably for consumer fraud which provides for strong and nasty remedies against the photographer if you prove that the consumer fraud act was violated.
Call if you like; I never charge for a first phone call.
You can then decide how you would like to proceed.
