Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Jersey

I won my case against a small auto repair garage in Hudson County Court in Jersey City, New Jersey, sent defendent two letters from the courts for defendents finicial information, one by regular mail, and one by certified mail. Defendent did not respond, I then was awarded the case by the Courts. However, defendent has not made any payments nor has he return my vehicle to me. please inform me how to obtain a sheriff to retrieve my vehicle as well as, cort ordered payments??
