bad check

I need to go to court for a bad check. This has never happened before and was done unintentionally

I suggest you consult with an attorney before doing anything. Without knowing your rights or what you are doing, you could get yourself in some serious trouble before you know it. If convicted, you will have a criminal record and I am sure you do not want them.
