Breach Of Agreement

I am currently paying off a debt to a law firm for an Auto Repossion. My payment is due on the 1st of the month and I contacted them to see if I could make an arrangement to pay on the 10th since I am currently unemployed and will not receive my benefit until next week. They said That no extensions are available and I will be in breach of my agreement. Will they automatically start a lawsuit? I have not missed a payment to them for over a year.

Any information you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

There is no way to tell what they will do within the range of options in your agreement with them. It is in writing, right?
