Civil case / Disbarred Attorney

Can a disbarred attorney represent a creditor in civil court.

If not, who should I contact in the government?

Only attorneys in good standing can represent others in the courts of New Jersey. An attorney disbarred in any jurisdiction is not in good standing. To report a violation, contact the NJ Office of Attorney Ethics.
