Company A owes my Company money for goods delivered. State has siezed Company A's assests to satisy tax lien. Can I give notice to state and get paid or take action to get paid?

it might be possible to turn this to your advantage. if the state seized a lot more than the amount owed, you may get the extra, if you move fast and accurately.
