Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New Jersey

credit card debt

We have about 150,000 cc debt. Deliguent on all accounts. Some in collection others with attorney's already. We own a condo with two mortgages. Both combined we owe more than house is worth. And we have a car payment. Car payment and house payments up to date. What is the cc companies next course of action against us? I work 29 hours a week and my husband is a contract salesemployee (1099) income sporatic at best right now.

You should really have an attorney helping you out here. They are going to sue you at some point. Due to the high amount, they are going to come after everything you have, wages, etc. I doubt they will let all of this just go.

An attorney can help protect you and can buy you time, which is what you really need here.
