Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New Jersey

Credit Law

I have a letter from Discovercard telling the CRA's to delete a unverifiable trade line.

The letter was mailed to me in 2006 by Discover based upon an inquiry of a derogatory trade line I did not recognize. I was told at that time the bill had erratic payment history, and history of disputes. I asked for validation of the debt and received an accounting of the balance, but no signatures. I told them the account was not mine and at one point they agreed saying it belonged to someone with a similar name. I was told at that time in 2006 the account was a charge off from 1999 and there is no validating evidence.

I filed complaints against the CRA's for refusal to comply with the letter. I received a new document from Discover now alleging their document is fabricated.

Now Discovercard is reporting to Trans Union I manufacured the document and it is ''not authentic''.

What do I do to get this thing resolved. Discovercard is providing contradictory information, re-age the debt. They also sent it to a collection firm that has a history of problems and law suits for FDCPA violations and illegal asset seizure (billing credit cards, bank accounts without auths) so I won't deal with them.
