If a creditor obtains a judgment against a husband in the state of NJ, can the creditor execute to satisfy its judgment against the wife also if all the property held is by the entirerties? Can there be a lien against the home if jointly owned by the entirerties?

no, if the property is held by husband and wife as tenants by the entireties, then no the creditor is out of luck. However, that is not the end of the problem.
