debt collection in new jersey

i am diamond wholesaler from new york, a customer who own a store in wayne new jersey owe me 6000 dollars for 6 months and so far paid me 400 so the balance is now 5600

is there anything i can do? how much will it cost?

It depends on the lawyer but $500 to $1500 is a good estimate.
