Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New Jersey

debt solutions

I found a company called fidelity debt solutions, to help settle my overwhelming debt. How do I know if its official or not. I dont want to be giving my money to a scam artist being that it has happen to me before.

i would have some due dilligence by calling the local attorney general office where u live and ask them if this is a legit company and what your transaction is about to be? if you get screwed, you may have a case against the A.G. for negligence, and if they are legit, you can be confident in your transaction.
