IF they sue you and get a judgment, then yes, but not w/o going through the courts first! THEY LIE, LIE, LIE. 1/2 the collectors out there have no souls, they will say anything to pry money out of your pocket, they will even file for liens and levy's w/o going to court, so keep your eyes open and pay attention to your credit report.
