deceased husbands credit card debt

Am I responsible for credit card and credit line debt of my deceased husband, when I was not an authorized user.

You are probably not but his estate is. So, you should not take any money from his estate except for funeral and medical expenses without taking the credit card debt into account. You may need the help of a lawyer to determine what is in the estate and what is not.
