� need to f�le UCC �n order to protect my share because � have securty agreement with somebody but � heard even � have that agreement � also should f�lle that ucc �n order to protect my share �n that bus�ness � mean when �t sold out � w�ll be able to colect my money �s �t true? I also l�ve �n turkey for now can � f�le that from here?

If the circumstances of the transaction permit the filing of a UCC security interest, that should be done in addition to any other protections that you might have. The form is filed by mail and you can complete the document in Turkey if you have all the information and can get the signatures.
