I need to enter an adversary claim I am a creditor.Which form do I use and where do i send it for Usbankruptcy court in trenton NJ

There is no "adversary claim". If you need to file a proof of claim with the bankrupcty court and have not been instructed otherwise on the Notice to Creditors, us the form on the court's web site. There is a link to it from my web site. If, on the other hand, you need to file an adversary action, which is an independent law suit that will be heard by the bankruptcy court, you should have your lawyer draft a suitable complaint. If your lawyer does not practice in New Jersey or if you are handling the suit yourself, I may be able to appear on your behalf.
