Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New Jersey
Hi! Need to know what to fill out (sample) and where to send request for more time so Plaintiff can answer my Request for Production of Documents.
Plaintiff says pursuant to R:6:4-3(f) that they are not going to answer my Request for Production of Documents. Is there a sample order of discovery or motion or letter I can file to ask the Court (or Judge) for an extension (of discovery) to allow the Plaintiff to answer Defendant 's Request for Production of Documents? After all, as of today, i am still answering or re-answering the Plaintiff's interrogatories. Note: NJ debt case. Please help!
